Scheduling an Appointment

Appointments are made by calling our office at (713)785-6481. Each appointment is scheduled by you and the registered dietitian.  We will work with you to schedule a time that is convenient for you.

Payments

At this time, we are unable to accept or file private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.  We can, however, provide you with the paid invoice statement and any other necessary documation required for you to submit for any type of provider reimbursement.  You will need to check with your provider if nutrition reimbursement is provided.
